Kildare Wicklow Education and Training Board (KWETB) in partnership with LEO Kildare are delighted to launch a bespoke leadership and management programme for retail and hospitality businesses owners or staff in leadership roles.

Are you a retail or hospitality business owner—or part of a management team—looking to elevate your leadership capabilities and drive ambitious growth? This tailored programme is designed specifically for you.

Kildare Wicklow Education and Training Board (KWETB), in collaboration with LEO Kildare, is proud to introduce a bespoke, accredited leadership and management development course aimed at empowering professionals in the retail and hospitality sectors. Whether you're scaling your business, building a high-performing team, or navigating the challenges of this fast-paced industry, this programme offers the tools and insights to lead with confidence and clarity.

Course Structure:

• Day 1: Understanding Costs and BudgetsLearn how to interpret financial data, manage operational costs, and build sustainable budgets that support long-term growth.
• Day 2: Managing Risk in the WorkplaceExplore strategies for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, from health and safety to reputational and financial risks, ensuring a resilient and compliant business environment.

This programme is ideal for business owners, team leaders, supervisors, and aspiring managers who want to strengthen their leadership skills and contribute meaningfully to their organisation’s success.

Funding: All costs are fully funded by the Skills to Advance initiative. All LEO clients (or potential LEO clients) qualify

There is a requirement to submit 2 assignments for this accreditation. Submission of the required assignments enables us to meet the funding requirements in place with KWETB, and together, provide this course fully funded.

If assignments are not submitted an attendance fee of €500 will be billed.
